At Bulak, we take great pride in the health and quality of our plants. Because plants are living, perishable items, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail goods.
1. 48-Hour Arrival Guarantee
If your Dracaena fragrans arrives damaged, unhealthy, or significantly different from the description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, email rona@bulakshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the plant and the packaging.

Issues reported after 48 hours are generally not eligible for a refund or replacement, as we cannot control the plant's environment once it leaves our care.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Change of Mind: Due to the stress that shipping and environmental changes place on live plants, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

Decorative Pots: As stated in our product description, decorative pots are not included. Claims regarding the absence of a decorative pot will not be eligible for a refund.

Neglect: We are not responsible for the health of a plant that has been overwatered, underwatered, or placed in unsuitable lighting conditions after delivery.
3. Refund Process
If your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement plant of the same size and variety instead of a monetary refund.
4. Physical Store Returns
If you purchased your plant directly from our shop, please bring the plant and your receipt to our location for assessment.
