Refund & Return Policy
At BULAK, we take great pride in selecting the healthiest plants and pairing them with high-quality ceramic pots. Because we are dealing with living specimens and fragile items, our policy is as follows:
1. 48-Hour "Arrival Guarantee"
Plants can experience some stress during transit. However, if your plant arrives in poor condition (e.g., significant rot, broken stems) or the ceramic pot is cracked or shattered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirement: Please email us at rona@bulakshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged plant and/or pot, including the packaging.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
2. Live Plant Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on plants once they have been delivered. We cannot guarantee the health of a plant once it has been in an environment outside of our controlled care.
3. Ceramic Pot Returns
If you are unhappy with the ceramic pot (and it is undamaged), you may return it within [14/30] days.

Conditions: The pot must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance, as we cannot refund pots that are broken during return transit.
4. What is Not Covered
Nature isn't always perfect! The following are considered normal and are not eligible for a refund:

Minor Shipping Stress: A single yellowing leaf or a small dry spot on a leaf edge is common as the plant adjusts to a new environment.

Growth Patterns: Alocasias naturally drop older leaves to make room for new growth.

Neglect: We cannot offer refunds for plants that fail to thrive due to improper watering, light, or temperature after they have arrived safely.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer cancel the order.
