At BULAK, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our tulips. Because flowers are living, perishable products, our policy is designed to ensure fairness while acknowledging the delicate nature of our blooms.
1. The Perishable Nature of Flowers
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh tulips, we do not accept returns or offer "change of mind" refunds once the flowers have been delivered or collected.
2. Our Quality Guarantee
We want you to love your bouquet. If your tulips arrive damaged, wilted, or do not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a resolution (replacement or partial refund), we require:

Order details (receipt or order number).

Notification within the 24-hour window. Because tulips are sensitive to heat and hydration, we cannot offer replacements for issues reported after this timeframe.
3. Cancellations

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Same-Day/Next-Day Orders: Once the bouquet has been prepared by our florist, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
4. Flower Care & Responsibility
Once the flowers are in your care, their lifespan depends on the environment. We provide care instructions with every bouquet. We are not responsible for flowers that wilt prematurely due to being left in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or without water.
5. Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order due to an error on our part, we will offer a full refund or a redelivery at no extra cost. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or the recipient being unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.
