Return & Refund Policy

At BULAK, we take great pride in the health and quality of our plants. Because plants are living, perishable items, our return policy differs from standard retail goods to ensure the safety of our botanical specimens.

1. Damage Upon Arrival

If your plant arrives with significant damage that affects its long-term health (e.g., a snapped main stem or severe root rot), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: You must provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Depending on the severity, we will offer a partial refund, a replacement (if available), or a store credit.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns

Due to the stress that transit puts on a 115cm tall specimen and the risk of pest cross-contamination, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once the plant has been delivered/collected. Please ensure the dimensions (115cm height x 60cm width) fit your space before finalizing your order.

3. Reservation & Cancellation

As this plant is sold via Reservation Only:

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation before the plant has been dispatched or collected, a full refund will be issued.

  • Non-Collection: If a reserved plant is not collected within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and apply a 15% restocking fee.

4. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the plant's health (e.g., a missing leaf or a small dry scar).

  • Plants that have been repotted by the customer.

  • Issues arising from improper care (overwatering, low light, or extreme temperature exposure) once in your possession.
