Cleanliness: Items must be free from odors (perfume, smoke), pet hair, or any visible stains.

Packaging: If the item arrived in a specific protective bag or box, please include it in your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Items: Any plush that has been customized with specific embroidery or names.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your bear arrives with a "broken heart" (manufacturing defect or shipping damage):
