We want you to love your new cuddly companion! If your order isn't quite the "perfect fit," here is how we can help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

  • For seasonal peak times (like Valentine’s Day), please ensure your return is logged within this timeframe to qualify.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Tags: The brand tags (e.g., Creaciones Llopis, Loyfer, or Artesania Beatriz) must remain attached and untampered with.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be free from odors (perfume, smoke), pet hair, or any visible stains.

  • Packaging: If the item arrived in a specific protective bag or box, please include it in your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Items: Any plush that has been customized with specific embroidery or names.

  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

  • Hygienic Exceptions: Plush toys that show signs of being "used" or played with cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your bear arrives with a "broken heart" (manufacturing defect or shipping damage):

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the damage and the original brand tag still attached.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


    A Note on "Squished" Bears: Large plush items (like our 80cm bears) may be slightly compressed for shipping. Simply give them a good shake and a hug upon arrival to help them regain their full, fluffy shape!
