2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your arrangement arrives damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect item:

3. Cancellations
We understand plans change!

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a fee if the bouquet has already been designed and the stems have been cut.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of floral products, we cannot accept physical returns of flowers once they have been delivered. We also cannot offer refunds for:
