Because our products—including our 38cm Valentine’s Bouquets, 33cm Teddy Bear Gift Boxes, and 40cm RoseAmor Single Roses—are handmade and contain delicate natural materials, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
1. Damages and Issues (The "Arrived Broken" Rule)
Please inspect your order upon reception. We offer replacements or refunds only if the item is:

Damaged during transit: If the glass-like RoseAmor box is cracked or the arrangement is significantly crushed.

Defective: If the preserved rose shows signs of mold or structural failure upon arrival.

Wrong Item: If you received the wrong color or size (e.g., ordered a 40cm Red Rose but received a 33cm Teddy Box).
Action Required: You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging to be eligible for a claim.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Perishable Goods: Any arrangement that includes Ferrero Rocher chocolates cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Change of Mind: Because preserved flowers are fragile and can be damaged by improper handling or environment (humidity/sunlight), we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.

3. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your photos/returned item:
