Thank you for shopping at BULAK. We want you to love your new ceramic planter. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns (Change of Mind)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your pot must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: Because ceramics are fragile, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the item is packed securely.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but we know accidents can happen during transit.

  • Reporting: If your pot arrives cracked or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Email rona@bulakshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exclusions

  • Items showing signs of use (soil stains, water marks, or outdoor weathering).

  • Minor "beauty marks" inherent to handmade or textured ceramics (e.g., slight variations in the matte finish) are not considered defects.
