"Change of Mind" Returns: Due to the stress that shipping puts on live plants, we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind" once the plant has been delivered. We want to ensure every plant we sell is at its peak health, and a return trip in a box is often too much for them!

🌿 Snake Plant Care: The "Set It and Forget It"
The Sansevieria is famous for being nearly indestructible. Follow these three simple rules to keep yours looking gallery-ready:
1. Light: The Versatile Beauty

Ideal: Bright, indirect light (near a window).

Tolerates: Low light (perfect for offices or hallways).

Note: Avoid 24/7 direct, scorching afternoon sun, which can "sunburn" the leaves.
2. Water: The "Less is More" Rule

Frequency: Only water when the soil is bone dry all the way through. This usually means every 2–3 weeks in summer and every 4–6 weeks in winter.

The Method: Gently lift the inner nursery pot out of the wicker basket. Water it in the sink until water drains out the bottom. Let it sit for 20 minutes to finish draining before putting it back in the basket.

Warning: Never let your plant sit in a pool of water at the bottom of the basket; this will cause root rot.
3. Environment & Safety

Temperature: They love standard room temperatures ($18-24°C$). Keep them away from cold drafts or heater vents.
